Hillgoff Botanicals is a tissue culture propagation company based in Texas. We grow rare aroids, monstera, philodendrons, alocasia, and anthuriums from sterile lab cultures, delivering pest-free, genetically consistent plants to nurseries, collectors, and wholesale buyers.
Why We Started
If you have ever bought a "rare" plant online and received something riddled with pests, root rot, or that looked nothing like the listing, you know the problem. The rare houseplant market is booming, but quality and consistency have not kept up.
Tissue culture changes that. Every plant we produce starts in a sterile flask, free from pests and pathogens from day one. No quarantine surprises. No genetic lottery. Just clean, healthy plants that are true to type.
What We Grow
Our current propagation lineup includes:
- Monstera Thai Constellation, the variegated monstera everyone wants, grown consistently at scale.
- Philodendron varieties like Pink Princess, White Princess, and other sought-after cultivars.
- Alocasia Dragon Scale, compact, dramatic, and wildly popular.
- Anthurium hybrids, collector-grade specimens for specialty retailers.
We are always adding new varieties based on market demand and what excites us in the lab.
